Toni is an experienced HR professional with 20+ years in professional services. She trained as an accountant at PwC, working with global clients across multiple sectors. After 10 years in client facing roles she moved into human resources and went on to shape and drive the firm's reward strategy. As part of the HR leadership team, she was also responsible for employee relations and global projects. She joined A&O in 2016 as Global Head of Reward and also became the firm's first Head of Wellbeing. Throughout her career Toni has worked with senior leaders to create people strategies that drive change and improve performance across many aspects of the people agenda including diversity, resourcing, performance management and wellbeing in the workplace - a topic she is passionate about.

Kate has worked for almost three decades in the retail banking sector with a career that spans roles in frontline customer delivery, programme management, corporate communications, and responsible business. In 2020, she helped to create, and now leads, TSB’s responsible business programme - the ‘Do What Matters Plan’. She’s accountable for driving the Bank’s social and environmental commitments under the Plan that, together, promote financial and social inclusion, encourage good business practice, and support a just transition to a greener planet. Beyond her day job, she chairs TSB’s Inclusion Network, is a workplace mediator, and a mentor to people both inside and out of the bank. |

Anil Toraty is a Senior Leader in Risk Management at Visa, with a career built on a commitment to excellence and strategic leadership. Beyond his professional role, Anil is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness. Having faced his own challenges, he dedicates his time to raising awareness through public speaking and personal coaching. Anil has completed multiple endurance challenges, including the #Movember600, running hundreds of kilometers to raise funds for mental health initiatives. His goal is to inspire others to have open conversations about mental health and support those who face similar challenges in both the workplace and their personal lives.

After completing a PhD in Chemistry at Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine, Stuart joined British Gas before the natural gas industry was restructured. With over thirty years of experience in the industry, Stuart is now based at Grain LNG, the largest liquefied natural gas importation terminal in Europe, where he manages a team of 16 people, with Wellbeing & Health being part of his portfolio. Stuart is interested in human factors and is an advocate for mental health awareness after seeing the consequences of ill-health. His team have been honoured by This Can Happen, Royal Society of Public Health and Great British Wellbeing Awards in recent years and he is now committed to supporting others in the field and feels privileged to join the judging panel for TCH.

Prior to the role at Lucion, Carolyn worked in several different industries including construction, insurance and tech in leadership roles. In addition to her experience in executive HR roles Carolyn is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and instructor and trains colleagues inhouse to support the wellbeing agenda. Carolyn has been responsible for the ESG agenda in her roles which has included creating successful women in business networks and raising money for construction wellbeing support charities. Carolyn is passionate about wellbeing and mental health in the workplace and continues to look for new ways to support this in challenging environments.

Emma is an award-winning wellness specialist with a belief that businesses are responsible for the duty of care of their people. As a mental health first aider, trained in wellness consultancy and strategy, Emma has improved the employee experience, recruitment and retention by delivering successful considered wellness plans to over 1000 employees in the advertising industry. Emma has appeared on panels and podcasts discussing how employee engagement is changing what wellbeing means. She is the author of insanelynormal.co.uk, an open letters blog on mental health, has completed her postgrad in neuroscience at KCL and lives in London with her two children.

Asad (he/him) is a Senior Manager at EY, where he has been for the last nine years. During that time Asad has led on Wellbeing and DE&I which are both areas he is extremely passionate about, alongside his technical role as a Forensic Accountant. Asad is particularly keen to explore how we can open up the conversation on topics that are often considered taboo, and in particular how we can engage more people as allies. Asad has been nominated for an Amplifying Allyship award twice in the EY Unity Awards, and has won an award for his role as an ally in the EY Forensic Womens' Network Awards 2024.

Susan Kahn is a business psychologist, a speaker and an academic. She is a chartered psychologist, coaching psychologist & supervisor with the British Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Association of Business Psychologists. She works as an executive coach, consultant, mediator, and an observer of working life. She has a particular interest in the behaviour of people at work and below the surface dynamics in organisations. She studied organisational consultancy using psychoanalytic methods at the Tavistock and did her PhD at Birkbeck, University of London where she teaches coaching psychology, She also works as a group relations consultant. Her research interests embrace leadership, coaching, change and vulnerability at work. She uses psychoanalytic observation as a research method.

Arti Kashyap-Aynsley started her career as a Chartered Accountant, whilst also embarking on a 15+ year journey in the Professional Services Sector. She has worked between audit, tax and advisory services, spending the largest chunk of her career as a Management Consulting, focusing on large scale Finance Transformation programmes. Working and travelling the globe opened Arti's eyes to the impacts of what our working lives can have on our overall wellbeing. Therefore, with the experience she gained in her career, she decided to pivot into wellbeing, where she first worked with Deloitte Consulting in the UK, to design, develop and deliver on a comprehensive wellbeing strategy. By being able to create positive change, Arti was inspired to continue to grow in this field and joined Ocado Group as their Global Health & Wellbeing Leader. Here she has been able to develop and launch a group wide wellbeing strategy, whilst also exploring the intersectionalities of Wellbeing with broader ESG elements such as Inclusion. Through this work Arti has been able to uncover her passion for diversity and inclusion and has since become the Global Head of Wellbeing & Inclusion at Ocado Group. Outside of her day to day working life Arti is a qualified life coach, as well as an Advisor and Non-Executive Director to various organisations.

Becky's personal experience of early menopause, infertility, miscarriage, multiple IVF cycles and then egg donation have led her to become a fertility writer, speaker, campaigner and patient advocate as ‘DefiningMum’. She is the Founder of Paths to Parenthub, a virtual support platform for those needing to use donor conception to build their family and host of The Redefining Parenthood Podcast. Her personal experience, combined with 12 years as a HR professional, has led her to Co-Found Fertility Matters at Work, a Community Interest Company on a mission to raise awareness and educate about the need for better support for those undergoing fertility struggles and loss in the workplace. Through her experiences she's found a passion in helping others on a difficult path to parenthood and is a true believer in the power of storytelling when it comes to breaking down taboos. She founded Championing Youth Minds, a global youth-led mental health initiative, before moving into consultancy. Through Synkora Consulting, she combines lived experience, storytelling, and innovative learning to drive meaningful change in organisations. Tanya has collaborated with Baton of Hope UK, the NHS, and major corporations, delivering impactful talks on suicide prevention, mental health, and inclusion. A TEDx speaker and trustee, she is dedicated to shifting EDI from a tick-box exercise to transformative action.

Leng Montgomery is a DE&I leader with extensive experience consulting for private and public sector companies, including Burberry, ASOS, BDO, Sainsbury’s, and Cushman & Wakefield. At Stonewall, he contributed to the Workplace Equality Index and launched Trans inclusion guides in 2016. Passionate about strategic planning in Disability, Race & Ethnicity, and Gender equality, Leng focuses on promoting allyship through an intersectional approach. Notable achievements include being the first openly trans contestant on BBC’s MasterChef (2014), featuring in the Independent’s Rainbow List ‘Ones to Watch’ (2014-2015), speaking at TEDx London (2018), and being recognized as a Top 10 LGBT Awards Corporate Rising Star (2018). In 2022, he received the Trans In The City Corporate Champion Award.

Having been diagnosed at 16 with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a connective tissue disorder, she knows first-hand how working with a disability and chronic pain can be difficult, taking its toll on your mental health. She champions inclusion across all areas and encourages others to share their experiences, working to ensure colleagues with disabilities and those caring for disabled family members are supported and get the resources they need.

With 25 years at Bloomberg, Carl brings a wealth of professional experience and a deep commitment to mental health advocacy. He is a certified Mental Health First Aider and currently co-leads their London and EMEA Abilities community, where he champions inclusivity and psychological wellbeing across the workplace. He has previously volunteered as a trained counsellor for Shout!, a UK-based mental health text service, offering vital support to people in crisis. Known for his empathetic approach and authentic advocacy, Carl is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments both in and outside of work. Louisa Rose is CEO of youth mental health charity Beyond and the founder of Now and Beyond – a free, national mental health festival for the educational community. Louisa is passionate about creating platforms that empower young people to use their lived experiences to shape change. Previously, Louisa worked as a social media consultant for ten years and is particularly interested in the intersection between tech and the mental health of young people. With lived experience of depression, anxiety, Tourette’s and OCD, Louisa publicly reflects on her personal mental health journey. Louisa is married and a mother of two young boys.

Rachel is a parent of two boys and an advocate for a better understanding, and support of working parents. She is a Trustee of The Parent Village charity, a certified coach and has completed training in Parental Burnout Diagnostic & Treatment with the Training Institute for Psychology & Health. Professionally she has held roles spanning market research, marketing, and brand & business strategy. She experienced both occupational and Parental Burnout back in 2022 and since has been on a mission to raise awareness of Parental Burnout, reduce the taboo, and support parents and their employers with the tools to help prevent parental burnout or recover from it.

After a career as a nurse Angela changed to do research to support the development of life changing medicines. Her passions are working in rare diseases and to maximise patient partnerships in the medicine development process. She joined Kyowa Kirin in 2018 and she now leads a global team of Health Economic and Outcomes researchers with members in US, Japan and UK. She enjoys working across cultures and learning new things, especially about diversity of living around the world. Angela has three children who keep her busy and active when not working.
